We are here to provide a safe harbor for your weathered soul. This space is a container of love, safety, and acceptance for exactly who you are exactly where you are in your journey right now. We are not here to change you, I repeat, you are not a project to be fixed my love. We are here to help you reconnect to yourself and navigate your path in this life a little bit easier. The more we can become whole within ourselves the easier it all becomes. ABOUT ME
My name is Amanda Esteves and I am a certified Reiki Master, trained medium, meditation teacher and Shaman in training. I know that I am here to help with some massive shifts and healing for individuals and the planet, this is my purpose. My teachings are always from lived experience, which I think is why I've been through so much shit in this lifetime! That is not to say that I don't have formal training, because I surely do ;). I used to think my trauma was like my hidden black book of shame, full of secrets and darkness. Now I am able to see it for what it truly is; incredible teachings. Years of trauma and abuse has put me in a position to help others navigate this difficult road and the more experiences I have to work from the more guidance I can provide from a place of true understanding. I'm not here to minimize anyone's trauma, including my own, love and light are only one side of the coin. I do believe that my trauma doesn't define me and am here to show others how they can also heal in the highest light. I talk A LOT, and I will always walk the walk! This makes me uniquely qualified to help others along their journey because I am authentic in all that I do. I will walk the road with you and help empower you, because I know that you can do it. My goal at Wren Wellness is to bring a feeling of love and support to my clients as they navigate their own healing and wellness journey.
